For the whole last week, all that my classmates are talking are talking of is ROE(Return on equity), ROA(Return on assets), ROIC(Return on invested capital). This is because of the tests involving financial statement analysis. I have a question though: how do you measure the ROR, ROTIR, ROT - Return on relationships, return on time invested in relationships and return on time? Are these so intangible that they cannot be measured at all? Isn't there any standardised tests to find it out? Hasn't any sociologist taken it up for research yet?
